Ingredients: Pork, dried shrimp, green onio·n carrots, onion; cabbage, rice vermicelli
Heating Instructions: Take the clear lid off, microwave on high heat for 2 minutes. Serve.
Rice w/ Mixed Mushroom and Bamboo Shoots
Ingredients: Fresh mixed mushrooms, bamboo shoots, shallots, green onion, garlic
Instructions: Take clear lid off, microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
Rice w/ Bacon
Ingredients: White rice, bacon, shallots, roasted garlic
Heating Instructions: Take clear lid off, microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
Pig Ear Salad
Ingredients: Braised pig ear, shredded leeks, carrots, cilantro, shredded ginger
Instruction: Thoroughly mix pig ear and vegetables with sauce. Serve.
Tea Smoked Duck
Ingredients: Duck, basil, sweet ‘n’ spicy sauce.
Instructions: Serve cold.
Ingredients: Cucumber, sugar, vinegar, water
Ingredients: Cucumber, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, hot pepper
Instruction: Pour dressing in cup, shake, and serve.
Braised Tofu Sheets
Ingredients: Tofu sheets, soy sauce, spices, sesame oil
Instructions: Serve cold, or heat the tofu sheets on a microwave safe plate for ~1 minute.
Ingredients: Seaweed, hot pepper, vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger.

Ingredients: Beef skirt, carrots, potatoes, onion, tomato
Instructions: Remove the lid, cover with damp paper towel and microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
Ingredients: Tofu, onion, green onion, bean sauce, soy sauce, house-made Szechuan peppercorn infused oil
Instructions: Remove lid. Cover top with damp paper towel, microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
Ingredients: Spare ribs, carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, pineapple
Heating Instructions: Remove lid. Cover top with damp paper towel, microwave on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Poached Cauliflower and Broccoli
Ingredients: Cauliflower, broccoli, shallots, green onion infused oil, sea salt
Instructions: Remove lid. Microwave on high head for 1-2 minutes.
Ingredients: Pork, sugar, cooking wine, hoisin sauce, soy sauce
